Designing bilingual KPI bridges for HQ and plant teams

We start by inventorying the verbs people use in stand-ups—"booked," "recognized," "cleared"—and map them to system fields. That sounds tedious, yet skipping it is why so many analytics programs stall after the first board meeting. Once verbs align, we co-author a two-column glossary that travels with every chart. English sits beside Korean not for decoration, but because auditors ask for both, and operators deserve to see their language reflected in the same tile finance trusts. Finally, we publish a "bridge memo" that explains what changed between versions. The memo is short, dated, and stored next to the dashboard snapshot. It is the difference between a living metric and folklore.
