Cohort dashboards that respect small populations

We set minimum population thresholds and document them beside the dashboard title—not buried in a PDF footnote. Marketing sees the same warning finance sees. When leadership requests a smaller cut, we respond with a staged release: masked view first, expanded view only after governance signs off. We also schedule quarterly bias reviews because promotions drift faster than SQL comments admit. The review is short, blunt, and stored with the dashboard version.
