Evidence packets auditors can actually follow
By Yuri Han
We sequence artifacts the way an auditor walks a warehouse: intake, test, exception, resolution. Each step links to a visualization, but the visualization is not the evidence—it is the annotated path.
Checksum notes matter because files move between laptops, VPNs, and secure drives. We keep hashes lightweight, stored alongside PDF snapshots, so teams know when something changed accidentally.
We end with a candid appendix: what we did not test, why, and what would be required to extend scope. That honesty saves weeks in follow-up questions.
